Temperature control :

  • The energy module is the pharmaceutical, fine chemistry and biochemical industries’ solution for heating, cooling and controlling temperature of an exothermic or endothermic reaction..

Energy contribution:

  • During mixing, dissolution, distillation, cristalization, drying, condensation operations, the energy module manages the contributions in energy, cold and hot, and enables the control of the reaction temperature.

  • All temperatures, from - 100°C to + 300°C, are controlled at the heart of the reaction, by providing heating, cooling or maintenance in temperature.

Adaptation to your needs :

  • The Process and Instrumentation Diagram (PID) is established according to the desired temperatures and to the availability of utility networks on site: closed loop, open loop or semi-open loop.

  • Heat exchangers placed between the service fluids and the loop are designed for durability and resistance with regards to dilatation forces, temperature variations and thermal shock.

  • The energy modules use standard spiral tube exchangers that are particularly resistant to thermal shock, frequent cycles and large temperature ranges and differences : the spiral tubes have the ability of accepting deformation and movement freely inside of the calender,
